It´s also close to the SMX Convention Centre, perfect for the concert- goers, students, and employees attending large events. 

Our unit in Tower 6 offers a peaceful stay away from the constant poolside noise, with a scenic balcony view of Samal Island and the playground area.

We´ve hosted students working on their thesis, virtual assistants, OFWs accustomed to high- speed internet, and international guests who appreciate our fast and free Wi-Fi connection.

DETAILS ABOUT THE UNIT

De Luna Vacation Rental is a recently renovated apartment in Davao City, where guests can make the most of its outdoor swimming pool and garden. The air-conditioned accommodation is 6.1 km from SM Lanang Premier, and guests can benefit from on-site private parking and complimentary WiFi. The accommodation offers a lift and full-day security for guests.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with garden views. The apartment has a children's playground and a picnic area.

Abreeza Mall is 10 km from de Luna Vacation Rental, while People's Park is 12 km from the property. Francisco Bangoy International Airport is 1 km away.

   RIGHT BEDROOM

Big bedroom is air conditioned with a wide window and rolling curtain. On the window you can see the Samal beach and neighbourhood. There is a door going out to the balcony with a view of playground. The bedroom has a wardrobe cabinet, floating shelves, wall lamp and ceiling lamp. Beddings are from Europe specifically from IKEA, H&M and JYSK.

 

LEFT BEDROOM

The second bedroom has IKEA pull out bed which can be an extra sofa during the day and a bigger bed at night. 4 kids can fit on the bed or 3 adults.

DINING/ LIVING ROOM

To make the space more spacious. The dining/living room is combined with a sofa dining and 4 chairs. It has TV flat screen with Netflix, Spotify, Youtube and complimentary strong wifi connection which is good on uploading videos and pictures.

On the right side of the wall, opposite of TV wall. The guest is allowed to decorate for their anniversary, birthday, Christmas, and New year celebration. Just make sure that you clean the wall and free of cellutape.

SCANDINAVIAN KITCHEN

What makes the kitchen unique is that most of the kitchenware are from Europe. Inclined range hood was ship from Denmark to Philippines. There is a built-in induction cooker and separate induction cooker from IKEA. Hot and cold water dispenser is provided. There is a refrigerator to store food and drinks. Microwave is provided to warm foods or baby foods. Also a European designed Air Fryer and high quality kitchenwares.

DANISH AND SWEDISH KITCHENWARES

TOILET AND BATH

Toilet and bath has hot and cold shower. Two pieces of towels are provided to the guest and 2 toilet paper daily. It is a well maintained toilet and bath to make the our guest comfortable while using the toilet.

  

BALCONY

Balcony has the view both the Samal beach and playground.  Drying racks, clips, hanger is provided for the guest to dry their clothes after swimming.

AMENITIES

Seawind Condominium has 2 big swimming pool to accommodate all of the guest. Apart of it, there are also lounges beside the pool. There are also toilet and bathroom. Pool is free access only for long term guest. Using the pool will cost 100/head.

A reminder that never use the elevator/lift with wet clothes. Always change your clothes at the outdoor toilet and bathroom.

PARKING, CLUBHOUSE, PATHWAY, LIFT, RAMP

Parking your private car will cost 200/night. Clubhouse is nearby the swimming pool. Usage of tables and chairs is subject to availability on a first- come first-serve basis. Private events may exclusively reserve the clubhouse but swimming pool is not included. A designated area in phase one clubhouse can be used as the private venue with a 2,000.00 php security deposit and a rental fee of 3,000.00 php for the first four hours and 1,000.00 php for the succeeding hour. 

INSTAGRAMMABLE 

At night, the garden is instagrammable. It´s actually peaceful to walk on evenings. There is playground, benches for family to use or couple who are dating.

WHERE TO BUY FOOD AND DRINKS?

There is a market in front of Seawind Condominium. Just cross the road and you can buy a whole barbecue chicken, soft drinks of 1 L for 3 for ₱ 100, fresh vegetables, fruits, seafoods, meats and etc. You can find everything in the front.

HOW ABOUT LAUNDRY?

There is a laundry shop in front of Seawind condominium. Ask the guard, they know about it.

Hi, I am Hearty

I personally designed the interior of the unit to bring the Scandinavian theme in Davao City, Philippines. Most of Filipino do not travel in Europe and because of this, I want the locals to feel the luxury of European theme in my unit in a good price. at 12NOON- you can enter Seawind Building to use the pool

How to check in at the Unit

1. Settle your payment and you will receive the authorization email as your gate entry.

2. On your way or before entering the guard house, call Ruby 0966 224 0101.

3. Represent the authorization email to the guard house as your gate entry.

4. To avoid delay, prepare all your ID.

5. Secure your car parking reservation by letting us know the plate number, so we could assist us a slot for you.

6. Pay the parking reservation 200php/ night at the guard house.

7. By car, drive forward (one way) until you reach TOWER 6 which is actually the nearest at the guard house.

8. Do not stay longer on the drop area.

9. For motorcycle, it´s a free parking. Same instructions as mentioned above.

10. Non- transpo, from the guard house. Turn right and Tower 6 is few steps ahead.

11. Take the 7th floor. Turn right and look for 7-0 with a de Luna Vacation Rental signage on the door.

12. Let us know when you are at the door and we will give the passcode.

13. Choose the lower key box. Take the key with magnetic card. Then insert the magnetic card on the machine at the left wall upon entering the unit.

14. Be aware that we have CCTV facing only at the door entrance.

15. Your safety matters to us! CCTV is installed inside the unit facing the main door only- used for monitoring check- in and check- out activities.

16. For fire safety. CCTV is installed at the balcony to monitor cigarette smoking activities or throw their cigarettes to the lower balcony. The camera is facing only at the balcony at the storage cabinet.

17. QR code for the wifi, induction cooker instructions is beside the magnetic machine on the wall.

18. Abide on the rules and regulations to avoid charges on the security deposit.
